We have moved from Morro Bay, California to Southwestern Missouri, one hour from Branson, Missouri and only three hours to Kansas International AirPort, and two hours from Tulsa, Oklahoma AirPort and one and a half hours to the Arkansas border, 4 1/2 hours to Little Rock, AK

We are small hobby breeders and raise ONLY "Miniature Pinscher Puppies". They will meet "AKC Standards" in Size, Health, Coat, Confirmation and most of all TEMPERAMENT.

2009 Pre Deposits List ( non Refundable)

Baywatch Min Pins ONLY breeds for our own show prospects and for customers that can provide forever loving homes to our pets. To help us do that, we are implementing a protocal for our pre deposits. For a $150 non refundable deposit we will place you on a list BEFORE puppies are born so that YOU the BUYER can take a pick of the litter in order of pre deposits received. This will allow us to breed for the colors and genetics that You, they buyer wants and help us to place all of our puppies.

For Serious Buyers:

1. To be placed on the list, please read our web site, look over the contract and look at our dogs and puppies. Fill out our puppy questionnaire. We will call or email you. Let us know what color, gender and parents you want a puppy from.

After placeing your $150 deposit ( US postal money order, cash or paypal) We will place you on a list in order received to get a pup of your choice.

2. When puppies are born we will go down the list and call and email you pictures with the the results of the litter. The first person on the list will have first choice of the color

and/gender of their choices. This person will have 48 hours to decide. If we do not get a call back from you we will move you down on the list and go on to the next person.

(PLEASE check your email and phone messages )

3.When you choose your puppy: We will mark PENDING on the web site for that puppy until the second deposit of $150 is placed to hold this puppy for you. ( please send the deposit priority mai.l (2-3 day mail) If this deposit is not received with in 5 days we will drop you to the bottom of the wait list.

4.Remaining Adoption fees are due by the time the puppy is 5 weeks old, including shipping fees and ear cropping & micro chipping fees if these are wanted.

5. If after the breeding season we do not have a healthy puppy in color and or sex of your choice ( all pups are checked by the vet and certified healthy) then we will give you the buyer the choice of a refund or to remain on the wait list.

6. Most puppies will be ready to ship by 8-9 weeks. If our buyers need us to keep the puppy longer than this ( unless puppy is not ready to ship) Then a $5 per day boarding fee will be accessed and must be paid by the time the pup ships to you.

7. Click on the puppy questionnair buttom at the top of this page, fill it out and submit it back to us. We look forward to hearing from you.

"WAITING LIST for 2009"

For those buyers who do not wish to be on a "pre deposit list" you may sign up for a pup in your choice of color or gender

1. We will call the people who have been placed on a pre deposit list first. If after they take their pick there is a pup that you will be interested in ( color and gender) we will then call and offer the pup to you.

2. If you chose a pup, the pup will be marked PENDING while you the buyer have 2-3 days to send the $300 non refundable deposit to hold this pup for you.

3. Once the deposit is received, the pup will be marked SOLD and your name and state on our site.

4. Remaining fees are due when puppy is 5 weeks old including shipping, ear cropping, micro chipping etc.

5. Most puppies are ready to ship between 8-9 weeks old. If our buyers need us to keep them longer, we can at a $5 per day boarding fee. All fees must be paid before puppy is shipped or at pick up. ( cash at pickup )
